Description

Grey and silver metal compact camera.
Fixed focus.
No exposure settings, but a selector for a range of digits from 2 to 6 to cover a selection of film types.
A table in the user's manual shows the digits correspond to shutter speeds, from 1/25th up to 1/160th of a sec respectively. An M setting is dedicated to flash photography (1/25th of a sec) and a last B setting stands for Bulb.
The aperture is automatically selected using a selenium lightmeter located around the lens. A flash specific lever allows to force the aperture to either f/4, f/8 or f/20.
Riken Ricoh f=4cm lens.
The film advance is done using a trigger, below the camera under the left hand. The prominent shutter release is located on the right of the lens. Except for the accessory shoe, the top of the camera is totally flat, making it a nicely designed item.
