The Automatic 350 is close to the Automatic 230 with the same rangefinder focusing system made by Zeiss Ikon.
Differences include: the camera's body is made of metal, and the back provides an electronic timer for packfilm development. The latter is automatically triggered once a picture is pulled out of the camera.
There are 2 batteries operating the camera: one 3V Eveready #532 powers the electronic shutter, while another of the same type powers the electronic timer.
